Headspace, Calm and Insight Timer are really good apps for learning or supporting a meditation practice. Shine is specifically focused on calming anxiety and stress.

Help out
Looking out for others takes the focus off ourselves and the noise inside our heads. Support organizations like World Central Kitchen (#ChefsForAmerica). Day workers like cleaners are especially vulnerable so pay them even if you cancel services, or tip very very well.

Did you know the Boston Public Library lets anyone who lives in Massachusetts get an e-library card? If you prefer listening, recently launched Audible Stories with hundreds of free classic audiobooks. Oh, and Milk Street is offering free access to their online cooking school until the end of April.
